Since 2010 we have supported organisations of every size from our purpose-built centre in Radstock. Whatever your sector, the promise is the same: a dedicated member of staff answers your call, the same engineer sees your case through, and we plan five years ahead so nothing catches you out.

Genuinely Local

A real repair centre in Radstock and engineers who cover Bath, Bristol and Somerset.

End-to-End

IT support, cyber security, connectivity, telecoms, AV and CCTV — no juggling suppliers.

Sector-Smart

Specialist experience with schools and multi-academy trusts, not just generic business IT.

Proactive, Not Reactive

24/7 monitoring and account management that reduces cost and heads off problems early.

04 — HOW WE STARTSwitching to Apollo is simple

Moving supplier can feel daunting, so we make it painless. We start by understanding how your organisation actually works, then build a plan around it — with a full audit and clear, costed recommendations.

1. Understand your organisation

Our first visit is all about listening. We learn how your school, trust or business runs day to day and what your IT targets are, so any recommendation fits your world rather than a template.

2. Run a full system audit

We capture everything that matters — devices, networks, licences and recurring costs — and review your IT-related invoicing to strip out what you no longer need. It often saves clients hundreds or thousands of pounds over the contract.

3. Build a five-year plan

You get a clear, costed five-year plan with example pricing, so upgrades are planned rather than a surprise. An annual audit keeps it current and your account manager reviews it with you in person.

4. Support, monitor and improve

Once you are set up, our helpdesk and 24/7 monitoring keep everything running, with the same engineer seeing each case through and training included so your team gets the most from every solution.
