SCHOOL IT SUPPORT

EDUCATION IT SPECIALISTSIT that works as hard as your school does
Schools are not ordinary offices. Timetables do not pause for a broken projector, a staff laptop has to be ready for period one, and budgets are planned a year at a time. Our educational specialists have supported primary and secondary schools since 2010, and we work strategically with school leaders to keep them ahead of changing technology.
From managed IT support and scheduled technician days through to interactive displays, school networks and cabling and cyber security, we look after the whole picture — not one system in isolation. If you are part of a wider group of schools, see our multi-academy trust support.

QUESTIONS FROM SCHOOLSSchool IT support: your questions answered
The things head teachers, business managers and school technicians usually ask us first. If yours is not here, just get in touch — we are happy to talk it through.
Yes. Most schools we work with have a scheduled technician on site for an agreed number of days, handling routine housekeeping, backup checks and the jobs that need someone in the building. The rest is covered by our helpdesk and monitoring. The number of days is set to suit the size of your school and your budget.
Every machine has an Apollo support icon on the desktop, so staff can log a fault in seconds without hunting for a phone number. Calls can be logged at any time, day or night, and are typically responded to within the hour. Each one creates a trackable ticket with email updates, and your leadership team can see all open jobs.
Absolutely. Plenty of schools have a network manager or technician they rely on, and our co-managed IT support is designed to work alongside them — sharing the routine tickets, covering holidays and sickness, and giving them senior engineers to escalate to on bigger projects.
Yes. We support individual schools and whole trusts, standardising systems and security across sites and centralising procurement and reporting. There is more detail on our multi-academy trust page.
We guide schools through the government-backed Cyber Essentials scheme from start to certification. Certification protects against a large majority of common cyber threats, demonstrates your credentials to parents and partners, and includes cyber insurance cover.
We do, in our own workshop at the Radstock repair centre. Everything from simple hardware repairs to board-level micro-soldering is handled in-house, so there is no waiting weeks for kit to come back from a third party. Loan equipment keeps classrooms running in the meantime.
We arrange collection and disposal of redundant equipment through certified electronics recyclers, providing asset reports and WEEE certificates for your records. Where kit still has life in it, we can upcycle it into hands-on build-and-test kits for pupils and extra-curricular lessons. See our sustainability approach.
We are based in Radstock on the outskirts of Bath and support schools across Bath, Bristol, Midsomer Norton, Frome, Trowbridge, Bradford on Avon, Keynsham, Wells, Glastonbury, Street, Chippenham, Devizes, Warminster and the surrounding Somerset and Wiltshire villages.
