MANAGED IT SUPPORT

01 — WHAT'S INCLUDEDA proactive team looking after your whole network
Managed IT support is our most complete package. A scheduled technician works within your organisation to handle routine tasks and manage the network, backed by our helpdesk, round-the-clock monitoring and a technically trained account manager who knows your setup. The aim is simple: increase efficiency while cutting cost, and keep your people productive.

Managed Service
A scheduled technician handles routine housekeeping, checks your backups and reviews event logs for early warning signs.
24/7 Monitoring
Round-the-clock monitoring of servers and workstations spots issues early and minimises downtime.
Fault Reporting, 24/7
An Apollo support icon on every desktop logs a call instantly, generating a trackable ticket and email updates.
Account Management
A technically trained account manager visits regularly to review upgrades, improvements and new installations.
02 — INCLUDED AS STANDARDMore than just fixing faults
Every managed support contract comes with the extras that keep IT healthy and affordable over the long term.
Switching from your current supplier is designed to be painless. We run a full system audit — capturing devices, IP addresses, logins and the key details — and build a five-year plan. An annual audit follows, with upgrade recommendations set out in an interactive document with example costings.
We review all of your recurring IT-related invoicing to strip out services you no longer need and find better value — often saving clients hundreds or thousands of pounds over the life of a contract.
Training comes as standard — at our Radstock training centre, on your premises or over video call. Sessions run from starter to in-depth, one-to-one or full-staff, covering Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, interactive displays, cloud solutions and CCTV.
Every support-contract customer is assigned a technically trained account manager with years of ICT experience, who visits regularly to review and discuss upgrades, improvements and new installations — so your IT keeps pace with your organisation.
