Do I need an appointment?

No — just walk in any weekday between 08:30 and 17:00 and we’ll book your device in. If you’d rather plan ahead, you can book a repair online.

How long will my repair take?

We aim to turn repairs around within 3 days. For critical jobs we’ll do our best to help the same day — just tell us when you drop it in.

Will you tell me the cost first?

Yes. We diagnose the fault, then tell you what it will cost before any work starts. No surprises.

Where are you, and can I park?

We’re at 1–2 Ludlow Court, Frome Road, Radstock BA3 3FX, with parking on site. We’re easy to reach from Bath, Bristol, Wells, Frome and Midsomer Norton. Full details are on our contact page.
